未支付员工工资

STAFF SALARY NOT PAID
Received offer with LeoPrime with basic salary 600usd on March..They refuse to paid on 1st month our half month salary. They want to paid on May which is next 2 month. And for April salary also they don't want to paid until now. Reason because our sales target not achieved. Yes, but it will affected only for our commission not salary. We have email, ws asking about our salary but they ignored. We have viral this issue to facebook they ask to delete because they will pay but unfortunately they are just lying. Until now we don't received our April salary also our termination letter.
